Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges: All returned products must be in original condition (unused & unsoiled) & returned within 30 days of sale. Please ensure that returned products are re-packaged with care, so they are in suitable condition to be re-sold. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged. Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless the product is faulty. If you have requested a refund, we will issue a credit to your credit card or bank account within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If you would rather exchange the item, you may select an alternative garment, however if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item you will be required to pay the difference.
We charge "at cost" postage fees when replacing goods (unless faulty, when no charge will apply). Return or exchange of sale items: Sale products are not returnable unless faulty.
